I am all about making “healthy” a way of life.  To me, healthy living is more than fad dieting, Hollywood boot camp and the latest antioxidant berry from Costa Rica. It is not just for the wealthy and people who have too much time on their hands. Healthy living is a lifestyle choice that everyone should try because taking care of yourself from the inside is not only the best way to feel and look fabulous, it is the absolute best health insurance there is.

As a holistic health coach, I look at the human body as the sum of many parts. My motivation is to identify the areas that are lacking attention and thus causing discomfort and often unhappiness. An unknown food allergy or too much time spent sitting behind a computer can have a domino effect on your entire well being. By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, removing toxins and addictive substances, even managing stress – we are taking care of the underlying causes of weight gain, fatigue, and even disease – disease is basically dis-ease in the body.

Our bodies are dynamic organisms, constantly changing and evolving and each one of us is unique. Put simply, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healthy living. My goal is to identify and implement a solution for you that fits into your daily routine and that compliments your personality and outlook.


Like so many others, we focuse too much on calories and staying skinny. Health and happiness are sadly not given much importance in America - in any industry. After a few years of pushing myself to exhaustion, relying on sugar and caffeine for energy, and constantly comparing myself to all the waifish models in over-marketed fashion, I crashed. I hated what I was doing and what it was doing to me. I felt disconnected from my body, I was stressed, and worst of all... I had flu-like symptoms 24/7. None of the doctors I reached out to were able to explain why or help me.


Here began my research, reading and trying different approaches to health and healing. I experimented with it all: cleansing, vegan diets, alternative therapies... and each taught me something new about myself and my body.

Working with a health coach who helped me implement the changes I needed for good (and by practicing yoga), I finally restored my body to full health. Since then, I have been committed to helping others do the same.

It's difficult spending most of your life on quick-fix diets, cleanses, and eating foods you don't like. I learned the hard way that changing my basic eating habits was the only way to sustain healthy weight in the long run.
