Personalized Coaching -- All for You.
As your health coach I will both motivate you and hold you accountable. We’ll get clear on your goals together and I’ll share practical, tangible tools and educational materials (if you want them!) – because I believe knowledge is power and that change can happen once we really understand WHY.
Why? Because it’s harder to go at it alone and so much more fun when we do it together. The one-on-one coaching sessions will be conducted in person or over the phone.

Cooking Classes with a Healthy Twist!
Dining Out without Over Doing It.
Let me be clear – I’m not a professionally trained chef. I am a self-thought home cook who loves food, healthy cooking, juicing and blending. I don’t cook fancy, gourmet meals, but rather easy, delicious, and real food. I love to eat with the seasons and incorporate local ingredients as much as possible.
I especially enjoy helping guide people with food sensitivities in finding great alternatives so that they’ll never feel deprived. So whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan or all of the above, I’ll take the challenge.
Cheat meal days are fun, however, resisting temptation at a restaurant can be tough -- especially when you're taunted by seemingly unlimited choices, like when the dessert cart rolls around.
So how do we eat meals away from home without overindulging? The key is a little advanced planning.
Choosing a restaurant, keeping it simple, portion control, what foods to simply NOT eat, and managing to find appropriate substitutes for your palete are some of the topics discussed in this single-evening how-to.
I love sharing the message of a healthy lifestyle and my favorite tips and tricks with people. I can come talk to your co-workers, participate in discussions, or conduct group workshops. I don’t like diets and don’t subscribe to one specific theory or approach; I believe that real and whole foods, moving daily, and learning how to deal with stress are the real keys to a healthy life.
What I like to talk about:
Eating for energy
Nutrition for Athletes
Active Lifestyles for all ages
Eating on the go
Beauty from the inside out
Being a Flexitarian

Make Healthy a Habit
Make buying greens part of your shopping routine – every time!
Living a healthier lifestyle can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, and all-consuming. The idea of giving up our favorite foods or force-feeding ourselves foods we don’t like for the sake of health is simply not a good motivator!
When it comes to implementing change, attitude makes all the difference. With a step-by-step approach, a healthy lifestyle is something we can build up over time. Little by little we’ll crowd out the bad choices by choosing healthy alternatives that we actually enjoy. These conscious choices turn into healthy habits and something very exciting happens: we start feeling better! From there, staying the course is that much easier.
Start by making one switch today. Conquer that switch and when it becomes a habit, take on the next one. Remember, one step at a time!
Here’s to making just one healthy switch TODAY!
The Fastest Path to Health
Ayurveda is an ancient solution to our modern-day problems that need quick, effective solutions. It offers great guidance for eating, especially referencing digestion. As the ancient medical system of India, it offers one of the fastest paths to health.
Take all the guesswork out of getting healthy. There is a simple, direct prescriptive path that is developed for your unique body type, or dosha. The benefits that occur are not only felt in your body – they are also seen in your mental and emotional wellbeing. This holistic approach to health allows you to become a balanced, vital, happy person with the least amount of effort.
A main goal of Ayurvedic medicine is to cleanse your body of undigested food called ama, which can stick to the inside of your body and make you sick. This cleansing process is called panchakarma. It is used to reduce any symptoms and reestablish harmony and balance. Panchakarma may include teas for blood purification, massage, and medicinal oils.
